    Responsibilities

    Posting Title: Quality & Engineering Clerk
    Location: Green River, WY

     

    Position Summary:
    Provides key administrative support to Quality and Engineering teams at our Green River, Wyoming facility.

     

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Support and administration for the Operations, Quality, and Engineering Departments
    • Provide direct support to department directors
    • Provide administration services to the department groups
    • Provide general administration services to sales, marketing and operations
    • Additional duties may be assigned

    Key Activities:

    • Quality Support
      • Maintain and coordinate plant visitors schedules
      • Send customer information (i.e. MSDS)
      • Maintain visitor change room
      • Coordinate process to fulfill customer sample shipment request
      • Assigned as certified representative for DOT, IATA, and Shipping of Dangerous Goods
      • Maintain and track 5000-23 safety form, and administer the site safety video for all visitors
      • Support FDA Inspections
      • Manages Quality Assurance (QA) and Site-wide Procedures (Quality Standards), and Bicarb and Distribution Procedures
      • Manages Quality Records for QA, Bicarb and Distribution
      • Administrator for Quality Management Software
      • Prepares requisitions and scheduling for certification audits
      • Orders supplies
    • Engineering Support
      • DocuSign Administration -- Invoicing, Project Closures, NDA's -- Route, track, report and file
      • Input CIP Data in Monthly Capital Chart
      • Schedule CDP meetings and expedite AFE's
      • Assemble, file, and enter data in database for blueprint files
      • Manage Department Timecards
      • Administrative Support for Safety Program
      • Update Engineering Documentation and forms
      • Maintain Employee documents, including training files
    • Operations
      • Operations Support, Organize Training, Calendar, Signup sheets
      • Investigations and research on Best Practices
    • General Support
      • Maintain schedules for Directors
      • Create Requisitions as needed
      • Receive and distribute incoming mail for the white hose
      • Backup to the Executive Admin
      • Expense reports for leadership team
      • Stock replenishment and ordering for pantry supplies
      • Point of contact for administrative supplies
      • First point of contact for white house vendors
      • Provide support to management team for travel and conference booking
      • Technical support for personal equipment
      • Interface with Accounting and Procurement

    Qualifications

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited educational institution
    • 2 years relevant office experience AND 2 years experience in industrial/manufacturing setting
    • Advanced Microsoft Office
    • Strong technical acumen
    • Excellent written and verbal communications
    • SAP experience is preferred
