    Posting Title:Human Resources Clerk

    Internal Title: HR Clerk
    Location:  Green River, WY

    Pay Grade: 8

    Position Summary: The successful candidate for this role will be the first line of interaction inside the Green River, WY HR department. This team player will need to have computer aptitude with various computer systems and very comfortable learning complex systems like SAP.  Can you maintain confidentiality while being professional? The right candidate for this role will be able to and provide great HR guidance while doing so.


    Primary Responsibilities:

      • Document management and control within the HR department
        Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
      • Other electronic and hard copy records
    • Execute the Job Bid process for hourly position needs on a weekly basis
    • Conduct Employee Orientation
      • Coordinate and confirm completion of modules across multiple departments
    • Weekly, Monthly, and as needed reporting for Human Resources metrics and activities
    • Maintain confidentiality
    • Other duties as assigned


    Required Skills and Experience:

    • High School diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited educational institution.
    • 2 years of relevant functional administrative experience
    • Advanced or Expert MS Office skills

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Associate's or advanced degrees in related fields, including but not limited to Paralegal, Human Resources, and Business Administration
    • HRIS experience, SuccessFactors strongly preferred
